Our story
From a single classroom to a movement.
CCII began with a simple conviction: that the children of every village deserve the same chance to dream as the children of every city. What started as evening tutoring under a single mango tree has grown — community by community — into a network of programs spanning education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, agriculture and climate resilience.
Today, CCII works alongside families, traditional rulers, public institutions and international partners to design programs that are locally owned, internationally benchmarked and rigorously measured. We do not parachute in. We listen, we co-create, and we stay.

Governance & Transparency
CCII is governed by an independent Board of Trustees and guided by an Advisory Council of community leaders, public health experts and educators. We publish annual reports, audited financial statements and program outcomes — because trust is built in the open.
