Duties of Social Welfare and Sport Dev. Committee – Social
- To prepare a blue print for development of Social Welfare for Ibadanland
- To formulate policies on Sports Development in Ibadanland
- To mobilize private sector participation in Sports through donations and material support
- To organize training for the various sporting events
- To organize sporting competitions among youths in Ibadanland
- To advise our youths on professionalism through workshops, seminars etc.
- To carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Council
- Structure for accepting donations of clothes, shoes etc. for needy Ibadan Indigenes
- Establish the structure for accepting donation of used clothes, shoes etc. from all over Nigeria for needy Ibadan Indigenes.
- To meet at least once a week
- Come up with Operational Modalities and Fund Generating Initiatives
- Members to Drop their Recommendations/suggestions for each Committee at Ibadan House: Committee meeting day with the EXCO is every Thursday
- Each Committee Chairman/Rep to be ready for progress report at G.A. Meetings
